1. This product is only for Amazon UK Three £15 recharge(12GB+unlimited talk and text).
2. The recharge plan is only working in UK. No EU roaming anymore.
3.  SIM extension request during weekends and holidays may be delayed. Please submit your request at least 3 business days before your plan expired. 
4.  The extension might not working due to some technical issues, if so, we will notify the user and process full refund.
5. If you purchase the wrong plan, we'll refund you, however, paypal will charge the handling fee.
